Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Padel Club Collective (“PCC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on pcc-clubos.com and PCC ClubOS. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
3.1 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on a device when a website is visited. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development kit identifiers. They may remember a session, support security, store preferences or measure website use.
3.2 Categories we may use
Strictly necessary cookies. These support core functions such as authentication, account sessions, security, load balancing, consent choices and fraud prevention. The service may not function properly without them. Where permitted by law, they are used without optional consent because they are necessary to provide the requested service.
Preference cookies. These remember choices such as language, club selection or display settings. Where required, they will be used only after consent.
Analytics cookies. These help us understand aggregate website use, errors and performance. PCC will not activate non-essential analytics cookies until the installed tools have been identified and an appropriate consent choice is available where required.
Advertising or social-media cookies. These may measure campaigns or support content from external platforms. PCC will not activate these technologies unless they are specifically approved, disclosed and subject to any required consent.
3.3 Current position
PCC uses or may use essential technologies required for ClubOS login, session management and security. At the effective date, PCC has not confirmed the presence of optional analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Until a technical audit is completed, this Policy does not claim that any named optional provider is active. If optional technologies are introduced, PCC will update this Policy and the consent controls before or when they are activated.
3.4 Cookie duration
Session cookies expire when the browser is closed or the session ends. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period or until deleted. PCC will configure durations no longer than reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and will publish provider, purpose and duration details once the technical cookie inventory is confirmed.
3.5 Your choices
Where optional cookies are used, you will be offered a choice to accept or reject them and to change that choice later. Rejecting optional cookies should not prevent access to core ClubOS functions. You can also delete or block cookies through browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may stop login or other functions from working.
3.6 Third-party technologies
Some cookies or similar technologies may be set by service providers. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy information. PCC will identify relevant third parties in the cookie consent interface or cookie inventory once confirmed.
3.7 Changes and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy when technology, providers or legal requirements change. The revised version will show a new effective date. Contact admin@pcc-clubos.com with questions.
